I met Jackie in 2008 when I contacted her for some therapy relating to my low self esteem and body issues, seeing if it was possible for the first time to unravel past beliefs and replace them with new, positive ones. I have come a long way on my journey with Jackie and have found her therapies to be very beneficial in helping me to emerge from the past and embrace the future with increased confidence and a zest for life. Jackie is a warm and emotionally aware person who uses her wealth of experience to the full.
