Life is seasonal - the times of the year, the biological
stages of growth, the life-cycle events - we cannot avoid any of these.
The whole of nature works in this way, and so do we. Every living thing
goes through a process of change throughout its lifetime. Take for
example the humble caterpillar. During the Chrysalis period, whereby it
is wrapped in a cocoon or case, it experiences a complete and
unrecognisable change, eventually emerging as a beautiful moth or
butterfly, having achieved its potential a whole new world opens up to
it - it has developed wings, and can fly, spreading its wings to travel
to new horizons which were impossible to achieve when it was a
caterpillar.
This series of workshops are for anybody who feels
stuck in a cocoon, or perhaps you're someone who has a desire to change
or do something different in your life, - at whatever "season" you are

Strictly women only! Women today have several
roles in life, and often end up becoming one – a juggler in
life’s circus. This course consists of a series of workshops which
look at each role and where it fits within the life circle and stages of
womanhood. Conflicts in managing the ‘traditional’ versus the
‘modern’ often leave women confused with a ‘lost’
identity’. Managing a career, relationships, family life,
pregnancy, the ‘empty nest’, and menopause all create stress
and life changes that in many ways are still unique to women. Society’s
expectations on women can often leave us feeling lost, guilty, ashamed,
